Faculty of Energy Engineering offers seven study programs for Bachelor’s degree in Energy Engineering field.
Bachelor’s degree studies last 8 semesters, with a minimum of 240 ECTS. The study programs are conducted in Romanian.
In the first two and a half years of study, the curricula of the study programs are common and aim to ensure a basic training, specific to higher technical education in the faculty profile, through courses in mathematics, physics, numerical methods of calculation, mechanics, electronics, thermodynamics, the basics of electrical engineering, etc. During the same period, students acquire general knowledge of computer science and programming languages, as well as knowledge of foreign languages.
Students can choose one of the seven specializations (study programs) at the end of the second year of studies:
Energy Engineering
Within these study programs, the students follow both compulsory and elective courses that define the basic profile of the specialization, as well as elective courses that offer the possibility to individualize the specialized training through specific disciplines in the curricula of 6-8 semesters.
